MIAMI – The Carillion Miami Wellness Resort, a luxury hotel in Florida, has become the first in the world to adopt an antimicrobial laundering solution developed by Applied Silver.
The brand’s technology, SilvaClean, is applied during a conventional wash cycle, and imparts a coating of silver ions to the surfaces of textile-based goods to prevent the proliferation of bacteria.
“Carillon Miami has invested in state-of-the-art technology throughout the resort, in light of the current climate, to ensure our guests receive the utmost care while on property,” said Tammy Pahel, vice president of spa and wellness operations at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort.
