LAS VEGAS – Two US wearable technology firms have been chosen among the five finalists of the Toyota Mobility Unlimited Challenge, established to support radical improvements in the mobility and independence of people with lower-limb paralysis.
Run by the Toyota Mobility Foundation and UK-based innovation foundation Nesta’s Challenge Prize Centre, the international US$4 million challenge seeks to accelerate innovation and encourage collaboration with end-users of wearable technologies.
