UXBRIDGE – Coats Digital, the technology arm of thread manufacturer Coats, has partnered with contact centre outsourcer Res.Q and Serai Limited – an open platform created by HSBC – to streamline supply chain communications in the apparel industry.
Leveraging Serai’s platform, it’s hoped real-time data on goods in-production can create end-to-end transparency, boost efficiency and, in light of the virus outbreak, reduce the need for direct contact with industry partners.
